If I could handpick my ideal wedding to photograph, it would be Ginnie + Zach's. It had all of my favorite elements wrapped up into one spectacular day. From the bright, colorful florals by Mod Events, to the gorgeous live oaks covering the grounds of Wingate Plantation, this wedding had it all and SO much more.
Their day began on Folly Beach with Ginnie + her best gals getting beautified with the help of the ladies of Paper Dolls. After getting ready, it was time to head towards Wingate Plantation to slip into their dresses. Once Ginnie finished her final bridal touches, it was time to meet her groom for their first look. Next, we explored the property for photos until their bridal party + family joined us to round out their portrait session.
Ginnie + Zach were married under Wingate Plantation's grandest live oak and danced their way into cocktail hour to join their family + friends and kick the party into high gear. Ginnie + Zach's easy going nature created such a warm atmosphere and if things weren't great enough, they had a vintage gelato truck to end the night on a sweet note.
Everything about Ginnie + Zach's wedding spoke to me on a personal level, and I could not have been more honored to have met these two lovely people. Scroll on down to see my favorites from Ginnie + Zach's bright, tropical, southern wedding day...
