Emily + Chris unknowingly chose one of the best weekends to get married in Charleston. They chose to host their wedding festivities at Magnolia Plantation because of the beautiful oak trees and lush landscape. But little did they know that their wedding would fall on a weekend when all of the property's azaleas were in full bloom as well. For their destination wedding away from their hometown of Boston, it could not have been more picturesque.
The soon to be newlyweds decided to wait to see each other until their ceremony and shared the sweetest moment as Emily walked arm in arm with her parents towards the man of her dreams. They exchanged their I Do's in front of their closest friends and family and afterwards, we snuck away for some portraits under the avenue of oaks and a few hidden spots along the way. Later, they were announced into their reception as husband and wife and danced the night away with their loved ones!
Clients like Emily + Chris are a dream to work with. They approached me like their wedding day, with open hearts and open minds and in the end we were able to create some beautiful images and moments that I hope they will cherish forever!
