From the very first time I met Katie + Josh, I felt a connection to them. They were open with me about their lives, what they dreamt their wedding day to be, and their nervousness to be in front of the camera. I knew right then and there that we would be a great match and their wedding ended up being the perfect reflection of their already beautiful relationship.
Katie + Josh began the day by getting ready downtown with their wedding party, followed by a sweet first look in front of a classically brick Charleston home. Afterwards, we strolled the streets, taking portraits along the way, and then met their excited wedding party to finish up portraits.
The Stout's were then married at the Cedar Room in front of their closest friends and family and when introduced as newlyweds, surprised their guests with a cheorographed mashup of some of their favorite songs. The energy in the room was contagious and the party didn't stop until the very end of the night. It was an honor to have photographed such a genuine and fun loving couple and I am very excited to share some of my favorite photos from their incredible celebration.
